I. MERCREDI 19H-20H (1H)
Relaxed Balance & Comfort in dancing!
Understanding the range of our own axis to make it functional and comfortable and for being able to use the movement of the axis as a tool, to create better flow, round out the edges of the movement and also smooth out the transitions between different parts of the step.
Working on – Change of the weight, walk, pivot.

Energy = Power? Dynamics in your dance!
Understanding how to generate energy for movement by moving the axis and how the power allows us to control how we visually and dynamically shape movement.
Working on – displacements on the floor.

III. VENDREDI 20H-21H30 (1H30)
Perfect Giro!
Understanding the importance of Pivot and finding it’s different impulses. Working on dissociation and discovering the roles of our hips, base and free leg. After all, we can find out when and how to embellish it, if we want to ☺

IV. SATURDAY 15h-17H (2H)
Connection – Energy – Direction!
Lead and Follow! Learning the principles that will allow you to understand how every step works. Let’s find out the way to connect with our own body in order to connect with our partner. Understand the concepts of energy and direction, and why they are so important.
Working on – Embracing each other and moving in the space without losing the quality and direction of the movements.

V. SUNDAY 13H-15H (2H)
Connect to Communicate!
Without connection, there can be no communication. How do we achieve a quality connection? Just for a little bit, we gonna forget about techniques and try to find the same energy level, the same music with our partner in the embrace.
